Verification write-off
Verifications are subtracted from the balance as soon as the applicant's page is first accessed. If there are no available verifications in the balance, access to the applicant's data will not be granted. To gain access to the applicant's information, you must first top up the balance. It's important to note that a zero balance does not impede the verification process for applicants, but it does limit access to their data. This approach ensures that verification resources are allocated efficiently and that access to applicant information is subject to a balanced use of verifications. The remaining verifications on the balance can be viewed in the top panel.
Navigate to the "All Applicants" page and click on a new applicant to deduct a verification and gain access to their data.
