Auto verified steps

Our system now features an automated verification process for the Form, Documents, and Selfie steps, eliminating the need for manual applicant review. The following procedures have been implemented:

  1. Selfie Step:

    • Automated checks verify the presence of a face in the submitted photo.

    • A comparison is made between the face in the selfie and the face in the document photo (if the document step is enabled).

    • If the facial features exhibit a high degree of similarity, the step is approved. Otherwise, the step is rejected, prompting the applicant to repeat the process.

  2. Document Step:

    • The system verifies whether the document belongs to the specified country and ensures it is the correct document type.

    • If the selfie step is enabled, facial comparison occurs between the selfie and the document.

    • Additional checks include scrutiny for suspicious words in the document photo, searching for document duplicates online, and detecting any image manipulations.

    • If all checks are successfully passed, the document step is approved. Otherwise, it is rejected, requiring the applicant to resubmit.

These automated verification mechanisms enhance the efficiency and reliability of the overall application process. The system autonomously approves or rejects each step based on predefined criteria, streamlining the workflow and ensuring the accuracy of the verification process.
