Form verification step
The document verification step is designed for the collection, analysis, and processing of client documents. Applicants upload photos of their document pages, and the system processes these images, extracting data for convenient use. Additionally, documents can be manually checked for authenticity within the applicant's dashboard. Please note that the system can only process documents from countries and types specified in the documentation section.
To enable the form verification step, navigate to the verification settings.

Navigate to the "Form Step Settings" section. The form can be divided into sections (steps). Enter the name of the form section and configure the necessary fields. You can choose from basic fields or set up custom fields by selecting the field type and entering a name. You can also specify whether a field is mandatory or not. There is no limit to the number of sections and steps in the form. All basic fields are text fields. Custom fields can be of the following types: Text, Number, Select, Boolean, File, and Date.




You can also enable automatic verification.

During the form verification, the applicant enters their data, uploads files, and more. Done! The form step has been completed.

By visiting the applicant's page, you can view the data entered during the form step and edit it if needed.



After verifying the form, the admin can approve a specific form step or reject it while providing a reason.
